A $7.50 processing fee is applied for mailed returns. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items, and it may take up to 10 business days to post the refund. All refunds are made in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, and donations are non-refundable. International customers who purchased from the US online are responsible for all shipping costs to return the items.
In terms of the shipping policy, Dockers.com ships orders to any U.S. or APO/FPO addresses. They do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories from their U.S. site. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. The standard shipping method rates are $7.95 for Ground (3 to 6 business days), $27 for 2 Day (2 business days), and $32 for Overnight (1 business day). Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day. Customization orders may require 3-5 additional business days to process and are not returnable.
How do I initiate a return on Dockers.com?
To initiate a return on Dockers.com, start by entering the order number and email address. Select the item(s) to be returned and then choose the preferred return method. It's recommended to use FedEx drop-offs for a smoother experience. If a return label needs to be reprinted, visit the Returns Center on the website. Please note, a $7.50 return-shipping fee will be processed for FedEx & mail returns. All refunds are made in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, and donations are nonrefundable. Custom items and final sale items are nonrefundable. International customers who purchase online from the U.S. site are responsible for all return-shipping costs. If the order is associated with an APO or FPO address, please contact Customer Service for support. For FedEx Returns, print the prepaid shipping label and packing slip, place the packing slip and item(s) inside the package, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop off the package at a FedEx or a participating Walgreens. If a printer is not available, the mobile return QR code from the return confirmation email can be taken to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they'll print the label. Returns cannot be canceled once they have been dropped off. For Mail Returns, follow the same process as FedEx Returns but drop off the package at the local shipping center instead. At this time, in-store returns are not being accepted.
