If the order is associated with an APO or FPO address, please contact Customer Service for support. For FedEx Returns, print the prepaid shipping label and packing slip, place the packing slip and item(s) inside the package, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop off the package at a FedEx or a participating Walgreens. If a printer is not available, the mobile return QR code from the return confirmation email can be taken to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they'll print the label. Returns cannot be canceled once they have been dropped off. For Mail Returns, follow the same process as FedEx Returns but drop off the package at the local shipping center instead. At this time, in-store returns are not being accepted.
